Unfortunately, Carthage Showroom’s is unable to accept returns of items purchased, with the exception of damaged and defective goods. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to Carthage Showroom’s via the Help page. Carthage Showroom will issue refunds or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. The return and/or exchange request will be processed as soon as possible. If accepted, most returns and/or exchanges are processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Carthage Showroom’s accepts payment through the applications and payment methods provided through ShopPay, Paypal, AfterPay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards or debit cards. Carthage Showroom’s is not liable for the practices or technologies employed by these third-party companies to process the personal payment information required for a transaction and purchase of Carthage Showroom’s Product(s).
The debit or credit card details you give to Carthage Showroom’s will be validated before your order can be accepted. Payment will be charged to your account before dispatch of your order. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment, Carthage Showroom’s will not be liable for delay or non-delivery. Carthage Showroom’s cannot and will not accept checks or money orders.
Orders are processed in the order that they are received, on the business day following their receipt. For example, orders placed on Wednesday will be processed on Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders are processed during standard business hours, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, excluding U.S. Federal Holidays.
Carthage Showroom’s does not guarantee the availability of its Products at the time of order placement. If a Product is not available,Carthage Showroom’s will provide you notice and provide an opportunity for substitute products or process a refund.
Your claim must be lodged within 14 days from your purchase date.
Our Money Back Guarantee doesn't apply to any products bought during a sale period or where a discount/promotional code has been used.
The customer is only able to make a claim once and it must be their first order on carthageshowroom.com. If you have previously bought from us, unfortunately you aren't eligible to lodge a money back claim.
